What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the ship date, unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for special sale events or final sale items. If more than 30 days have passed but the item is still within one year of the purchase date and is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. Store credit is issued as a promotional code and may only be applied to merchandise on thesak.com, it cannot be applied to shipping charges. Any applicable return shipping cost will be shown during the return process and may vary based on your Sak Rewards tier when our prepaid label is used. One exchange per paid item is allowed for domestic orders only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that did not meet the free shipping threshold.

Where is my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by following these steps:

  1. Log into your account: Visit The Sak Account Login to access your account.
  2. View your orders: Once logged in, navigate to your order list where you'll find details of all your orders.
  3. Check order status: Locate the order you want to track. If the fulfillment status is marked as "Fulfilled," this indicates that your order has shipped.
  4. Track your shipment: Click on the "Get Tracking Info" button next to the order. This will provide you with the tracking number and show you the delivery status via the carrier's tracking system.

Additionally, within the order status page:

  • Initiate a return: If you need to return an item, you can start the process directly from your order page.
  • Update Shipping Address: Shipping Addresses can be updated within 60 minutes of placing the order. Simply click the blue button on the order status page.
  • Cancel your order: Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing them. Simply click the red button on the order status page to initiate a cancellation.
