Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

It brings back so many good memories of my teenage years when they first came out (telling my age now) but they weren’t leather then. They were knitted and very slouchy. "Soft, gorgeous burgundy suede, so slouchy, luxe, and sexy. I feel so '90s supermodel girl chic when I run out the door with this purse. Its not trying too hard, but is an absolute stunner. It elevates any outfit and burgundy bags are so on trend this Fall. It has little compartments and a zipped pocket on the interior so it's easy to keep small items organized. I really appreciate this because I usually end up getting other little bags to organize my lipstick and lotion and small items, but here I can find everything in the pockets instead of it disappearing into the cavern of the purse. "The black cherry color is perfection. It's both soft and sturdy. The size is perfect for me. I was used to using smaller bags but this is so nice because I can actually fit sunglasses, wallet, phone and eyeglasses. The compartments are all well designed as well. "I am very pleased with this tote. It is the right size (Medium) and it holds a lot. The craftsmanship is superb, the leather is of excellent quality. It has one sturdy handle rather than the regular two slim ones, and I really like that. It is also adjustable. You will not regret buying this tote. The Espresso color is very interesting as it has a combination of neutral colors, so it goes with everything. I have received many compliments."

"The leather is my favorite and this is the perfect in between size in the Los Feliz line. The big downside is the snap closure instead of a zipper. For security purposes, especially in traveling, this is an issue. Also, if the inside pocket could be a little bigger, it would be the perfect purse. Good quality & love the indigo color."
