If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped, unless otherwise noted for special sale events or final sale.
Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"The only reason I am not giving this five stars is simply personal preferences. The quality as always is great and the suede wonderful. However, the bag is much larger than anticipated and doesn't fit me well (I am exchanging for the smaller version). Also, the color is too blah for me - I like more color. But if you prefer something more neutral that will go with a lot then this is a great bag!"

"I have loved every Sak bag I have ordered. This is hands down my fave! I love that I can wear it as a crossbody, it doesn't hurt my shoulder which is becoming a problem for me. It holds a lot which was a pleasant surprise. I hope more colors are released because I want another one in a fun color!!"
