Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.
If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.
One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

"It's very roomy and has plenty of inside pockets. When I carry it by the straps on my shoulder, one of the straps keeps falling down. The zipper sticks so I'm going to try waxing it. After seeing the new fall bag that is soft leather, I wish I would have waited. This is my 3rd Sak and I loved my other 2; this one not so much."

Zipper closure, two handles with the perfect drop length, slip pocket outside, two slips inside and a zip pocket with a slip pocket, and all the room for my items. The stitching detail is my most favorite thing about the Los Feliz collection and it is really pretty on this particular bag. The meadow color is also a beautiful shade. Love this bag!"
