Return shipping fees may vary based on your The Sak Rewards tier. Welcome Tier and Tier 1 members may be charged a return shipping fee, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 members are eligible for free returns when using our prepaid return label.

If you are past 30 days but within one year of the purchase date and your product is defective, you may return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued as a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com. Credits cannot be applied to shipping charges.

One exchange per paid item will be accommodated for domestic orders only and is not applicable to international shipments.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

"I love this bag! My first thought after seeing how nice it was, to say I need to return it. However I decided to keep it as it is a beautiful bag. It’s a bit too small for all my allergy meds, wallet and girly things. No makeup included. I was expecting the front pocket to open the length of the bag so it would fit my appointment book. It did not so I’m looking for another bag again. This one will be great for going on a cruise where I won’t need a huge amount of keys or other items from home. "Perfect size for my needs. It is made well, I like the outside pockets- a smaller one that zips and a drop in one for phone and glasses. This shade is lighter than what it looks like on my computer but I wanted an all season bag and this will work for me.
